how much DOEs training COST & what’s the schedule?
Memberships start at $125 per month, with classes available Monday–Saturday. Membership approval is required to view full pricing and schedule details. Once accepted, you’ll have access to all current options. Referrals receive priority. If you don’t have a referral, you’re welcome to join the waitlist and we’ll reach out when space opens up.
Do you offer military OR public service discounts?

do i have to be in shape to start training with you?
Nope! No matter where you’re at on your fitness journey, I’ll guide you into getting into better shape through fight and fitness.
i have previous injuries – what are my training options?
Let me know about your situation and we will work around it either by focusing on rehabilitation, modifying movements, or using alternative exercises.
I’m going to be a champion someday. will you train me?
If you’re new to training, the truth is you’ve still got a long road ahead. I’m happy to guide you through it, but you need to stay consistent and put the work in.
WHEN CAN I start SPARring?
You need a strong foundation in the basics. Show up consistently, take the drills seriously, and show me you’re coachable, focused, and able to listen. If I don’t think you’re ready to spar yet, don’t take it personally. Keep training, and we’ll get you ready.
WHEN CAN I START FIGHTING?
Guiding a fighter through the ranks of competition takes serious time, energy, and expense. I don’t give that away lightly. I only pour that into those who’ve shown true dedication, focus, and the kind of heart built for this. If that’s you, we’ll take it to the next level.
