I’m just not going to show up. 🤷‍♂️

Please use the Members app to reserve your spot in class as early as possible. Reserving early in the day puts you in a better mental space to commit to your workouts. A lot of effort goes into making sure you improve, but there’s no progress without consistency on your part. Reserving also helps me plan quality workouts for the exact number of people who come in that day. Most of all, it helps keep you accountable!

BE ON TIME TO CLASS & PREPARED TO TRAIN

Check in at least 10 minutes early. Most of you still need time to wrap your hands, change into boxing shoes, and gear up. I need you ready when class starts. Being late interrupts the flow of class. It’s not fair to others when accommodations have to be made because you didn’t arrive on time. Do better.

KEEP THE GYM CLEAN

I’m your coach, not your maid. Please clean up after yourself and take pride in our training space.

PAY YOUR DUES ON TIME

Please make sure your membership dues are paid on time. The gym runs on commitment, community, and real support — not hopes and dreams alone. If you’re going through a tough time, please communicate early so we can work through some options together.

DON’T HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS

We all started as beginners. Whether you’re just here for fun or want to fight, I want you to keep improving and feel good about your training. If you ever need me to break something down or check your form, just ask.

BE A GOOD TRAINING PARTNER & A BETTER PERSON

I’m proud to offer a safe space where everyone can learn how to fight, improve themselves, and train for their own goals. Please help keep the vibe helpful, respectful, and encouraging for every member. Even outside the academy, you still represent Fight Vibes. Don’t get caught up in drama or behavior that makes you, the gym, or the community look bad.

NO UNSUPERVISED SPARRING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

All sparring — light, technical, or hard — must be facilitated and supervised by a coach. Hard sparring is only allowed for athletes currently registered with USA Boxing.

This isn’t the place to show off, bully beginners, or turn training into a personal fight. Control yourself, respect your partners, and listen when a coach tells you to adjust. Don’t find out the hard way.

A note about checking in:

Please wait until 5:45 PM before entering the main training space in the evenings. 4Fs Training is still finishing their classes before then, and we want to respect their time and space.
